Really trying hard to make a modern house using Sims 3
Because you see
Alot things are limited

In Sims 2 you can simply download what you think is nice
But in sims 3 you will have to buy it
And i only hab 100 sims point to shop with
it is really very little
1 chair already cost around 30 sims point

Still prefer my first modern house in sims 2
